At Smart YID, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. To facilitate this, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
**Eligibility for Returns**
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused and packaged in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@smart-yid.com. We will provide you with an RMA code to be written clearly on the outside of your package with the return.

**Damages and Issues**
Should any items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a resolution.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Please note that any item discounted by 20% or more is considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
**Exchanges**
For the quickest way to obtain a different item, we recommend processing a return for the unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, you may proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.
**Refunds**
We will notify you when your return is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@smart-yid.com.
